We bought a tv for Christmas and it just happend to be a sharp tv with Ruko best thing to accidently buy. We did not know what Ruko was so we looked into it on facebook. So awesome! Not sure why a few people had negitive comments about this one it is soooo good and free!  Easy to use and set up just hook up to the tv it will pop up automatically  type in web brower the web site and add the password so easy. We bought this product for the all of our rooms! So happy :)

Fits Perfectly and very compact

This item was perfect for my simple, non-smart TV.  It is the basic model of Roku, just be award of this.  But, for my TV's needs and my budget, this was the perfect model.

Love this little Roku, I have many and like this best!
It plays my chosen music through my TV speakers (which are excellent) so I hear them in stereo from living room and bedroom! Great fun while cleaning!!

Love this Roku it's small and comes with two sided sticky strip so you can stick it to the back or side of your tv. The only downfall is there is your not able to power it off. You have to unplug it.

First the HDMI cord was bad.  They sent me an extension and it didn't work.  Then they sent me a very long HDMI cord which I felt was overkill.  I complained but they didn't reply.
After 3 months I couldn't get YouTube anymore.  It just froze up the Roku Express device.
I have sent 2 complaints asking for a refund.  They won't even answer my emails.
Essentially, you have no warranty with this company.  ,

Easy installation. Own three other streaming sticks - all work fine. One cable Spectrum channel doesn't come in clear and working with ROKU to resolve issue...not going well.

I bought this during the pandemic ONLY because they were out of the better models. Please please don't disregard these reviews. This is 100% a flawed product. It will work perfectly for about 2 to 3 months and then you will find that it will not connect to the internet no matter what you do. My WiFi is fantastic and I had them come out and check it to be certain. I will now be purchasing the Roku system I originally wanted in the first place and I fully expect it to run a million times better than this one, based on my past experiences with Roku. This product really just falls short of the usual service.
