For automotive use, satisfactory
Lightweight, easy to use, got out some 1-2 month old stains in my vehicle's cloth seats (Sweet and sour sauce, terrible terrible accident). I had previously gotten over half of the stain out with Tuff Stuff, but this device managed to get the rest of it out. Downsides: When pulling one of the two tanks off, the bottom seems to leak a small amount around the seal, not a big issue since it's lightweight and you can just wait to remove the tanks. The tool provided also doesn't reach smaller more cramped areas of the seats as well, but it's manageable.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

A total waste of money
I tried this twice, thinking I did something wrong the first time. The cleaning solution tank leaks. It does not suck up the water at all. It took days to dry the carpet. It's probably to late to get a refund. So I'll just junk it. The cleaning solution cleans. So I got a 3 gallon wet/dry vac, a spray bottle, and a good stiff brush. I purchased this cleaner for small animal markings/stains and also cleaning my vehicle in the summer. Although summer is not here yet and I have not done the car, I did try cleaning one end of my 8'x10' large are rug in the living room. I was actually amazed at how much dirty water there was in the machine when finished. I was able to clean an area of maybe 2'x3' with one fill of the tank. I definitely did not get as much water back as what it spit out. That being said, it does not have super fantastic suction. It's okay though. I am not planning on cleaning every inch of my carpet and rugs with this machine. I know that's not what it was intended for. :) I do recommend this machine. Works well if you read the directions.
I purchased this to use on a spot that had set up for about a week. Although the spot had been bloated at the time of the spill it still left a little residue that was deep in the carpet. I use the tool as recommended per the instruction manual and it work like a champ it completely remove the entire stain. When I say read the owner's manual it's true to fact you have to make sure that everything is tightened and secured so that way you don't get water leaks from the machine itself I see a lot of complaints about this machine because it leaks water from the factory they don't always tighten down all the couplers where the water flows and can cause leaks after I tighten down everything the machine worked perfect. My only concern right now is some reviews claim that it doesn't last long as far as durability but for the price I paid on eBay it was worth it to give it a try.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

lightweight and good for the money
I purchased this little carpet cleaner for my boat. It works nicely easy to set up just fill the stuff up to the lines ( water and cleaner) and your off. its light and drys the carpet very well the vacuum isnt very powerfull but the wand increases the pressure enough for it to work good. as fas as the pro heat part ... that doesnt do anything basicly if you put hot water in it it doesnt stay hot for long so i think the the heating thing is just false advertising this is why it has 4 not 5 stars.. a small heating element would have done this product wondersVerified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

It's alright
Pros - Slightly easier to use than a full-blown carpet cleaner's hand attachment, refurbished product seemed like new. Cons - Loud, hose is awkward, needs more suction, 'ProHeat' feature seems to me like a marketing gimmick because you still have to fill it up with hot water, and the dirty water tank & brush need to be cleaned/disinfected after each use or it quickly becomes a health hazard. Works well for small area only
This gadget works well for small area only due to its lack of a motorized brush. All the scrubbing has to be done manually. I used it to clean my stair case.
