I have not had my cooker that long, but the low setting keeps the contents good and warm, but not hot enough to boil.  As for actual temp. I have no idea.

Thank you for your question. All slow cookers cook by wattage and not temperature, similar to a stovetop. Do not turn the slow cooker on when the cooking vessel is empty.

Got this to replace a VERY OLD similar appliance.  The size is perfect for 2 people and it works well.  It has low, high and warm settings.  This is a plus because some only have on and off and when the unit is on, they can get too hot.  This one works fine and I am sure we will get a LOT of  use out of it over the years.  The removable stoneware is also a plus, sometimes not available on smaller cookers.

3 quart slow cooker

I bought this cooker as a gift for my 19 year old granddaughter who is just learning to cook.  It is much prettier than the photo, and works so well.  She makes the meal in the morning before she leaves for work at 2, and it is ready for when her boyfriend gets home from his work at 6.  Thanks for making her so happy...!

Hamilton Beach 3-quart slow cooker

Just right for one person.  Or maybe a couple sometime.  Having the warm temp is wonderful and does not overcook the product.  This cooker is not big , heavy or bulky and hard to put away.  I have not had a cooker in 20 yrs because they were always so big, but this one is just right.  Great price too.   Surprise I found Hamilton Beach will send you great recipes several times  if you sign up under Hamilton Beach Slow Cooker.  Lots of other good recipes for dinners and desserts are there too.  They are all easy!  Very impressed!!

Just right!

The product goes well with our decor, which was really important to me. I did not want it to look like every other crock pot so the design is wonderful. It is the right size for 2-3 people and works like a charm. I have searched for a crock pot for a while and finally found it!

This was good for me.  I was looking for an oval shaped slow cooker small enough for one person's meals.  It cooks more than enough for one person.

good little cooker

The first thing we made was a meatloaf and it came out perfect.  No oven heat and no food odor through the house.   I have a bunch of crock pot recipes for two Kindle books I'm going through to simplify our dinners.

Just perfect for two people

This is the perfect size for 2 people in our small apartment.  Just put ingredients in the slow cooker in the morning and when we get home a great meal is waiting.

Cute!

Love it as it has a keep warm setting, that is why we got it. Have a crock pot that is the same size but no keep warm and that is a good thing to have.

Great small unit.

This slow cooker is just the right size for 2 people. Works excellent for 4 drumsticks for Hawaiian chicken. Now I don't have to use the 6 quart cooker with leftovers.
I will keep and use but think that I should have sprung for the more expensive electronic control.

Couple use

This is the second one of these. I had to return the first as it wasn't made right. The crock wobbled terribly inside the outer metal skin and the inside wasn't glazed right. There were bare spots on it.  This second one is better but after cooking on low for only 4 hours i checked and the roast was at 210 degrees and was already quite done. I can only imagine if i had followed the recipe and cooked it on high for 4 hours and then low for 10 hours!! Yes, the crockpot was 3/4 full. This thing evidently is defective and cooks too hot. I am returning it and trying to find something with better quality to it.
