How do I request a Price Adjustment?
Do you need a Price Adjustment? We would be more than happy to help.
  • Please chat with us to request a price adjustment. A "Chat Online" link is located at the bottom of this page. The chat link is visible 9a-12a (holiday exceptions may apply).


    Price adjustments can only be made within 10 days of your purchase.

    • The new sale price cannot be honored in addition to any previously applied promo codes or discount offers
    • You will be refunded the difference in price to your original form of payment
    • Items shipped and sold directly by the sellers such as our Digital Marketplace or Direct from Vendor partners are not eligible for price adjustments


    Please note: Due to customer privacy and security concerns, Macy's does not accept price adjustment requests submitted via applications or 3rd parties. Only requests submitted directly by a customer will be accepted.

    To qualify for a Sale Price Adjustment, the sale price adjustment needs to be submitted NO LATER than 10 days:

    • White Glove, In-Home, & Room of Choice - 10 days from date of delivery
    • Parcel from Warehouse - 10 Days from date shipped from the warehouse
    • Parcel from Vendor- 10 Days from date shipped from the vendor

    Please include:

    • Salescheck Number
    • Email address
    • First and Last Name
    • Daytime Phone
    • Shipping Address
    • Items to Adjust
    • Sale Event or Date
    • Promotion Code (optional)
    • Reason for Inquiry: Price or Promotion Adjustment


    For your protection, please do not send us your account number.
