Sanitation is crucial in any food service operation. This machine features a UV-C germicidal lamp with automatic shut-off, which combines with an average heat between 150 and 170 degrees Fahrenheit to sanitize the cutlery and prepare it for service.

Polishes for a Brilliant Shine

Vegetable granulate smooths off residue, spots, and other unsightly marks for a bright, vibrant shine. This process helps maintain new cutlery's sparkle and even restore old cutlery's luster. A 20 lb. tub of granulate is included and should be replaced approximately 4 times per year.

Automatic Operation

This machine feeds cutlery in through its wide intake hopper and moves it along the steel vibration grid. Polished product exits out of the discharge chute and drops into the provided drain basket.
