Daorui Story Si is a New York based fashion artist who focuses on breaking the boundary of femininity and masculinity by using garments. He graduated from BFA Parsons School of Design and has experience working in Jason Wu Collection and Chris by Christopher Bu, a well-known fashion brand in China. Daorui usually expresses his ideas in draping and fabric manipulation. He has eyes on the fabric draping effect on the body and various finishing details. Daorui’s work has been shoot by many photographers and published in websites and magazines, such as PAPER and Desnudo Magazine. Daorui was nominated for the 2019 Parsons Academic Award and H&M Diversity and Inclusion Award.
