It's not possible to track items sent by Standard shipping method. If you have selected Standard shipping method and your order is showing a tracking number, please note this is only an internal postal service or customs tracking number, and the tracking link will not work. This is a glitch in Etsy's system. We apologise for the confusion this causes. Please refer to your dispatch email for your estimated arrival date. If you have any concerns, please get in touch.

The estimated delivery date is provided by Etsy based on the shipping method and is just an estimate. All items are sent via Royal Mail and the standard delivery time for 2nd class items is 2-3 days, however this can occasionally take upto 2 weeks.

If your item still hasn’t arrived after 2 weeks, I can then chase with the post office for you but at this time of year, and given the current situation with Covid-19 I would expect some delays.
