Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders can take 3-5 business days to process (varying based on order volume) before shipping at our distribution center. We’re sorry you’re not 100% satisfied with your product. You can make a return within 30 days of the order placement date. Unless it is determined to be a manufacturing error by PING, custom-built golf clubs require a 20% restocking fee and must be returned in original condition. Eligible custom-built clubs will be refunded 80% of purchase price plus tax. Ballnamic Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. All other products are eligible for a full refund on the value of the product plus taxes. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, customer assumes cost associated to return product to PING. All refunds will be made on the original form of payment. Product must be in new, unused, unhit, unaltered condition, with labels and tags attached.
