Hotel Riviera

LikedWe were very satisfied with the hotel, they have answered our questions on booking chat. Communication after check-in was really great, personal at the reception was very helpful, as we stayed during off-season. They recommend us some nearby restaurants with local price and not the fancy one, which we really appreciated. The room service was great, we had fresh towels, clean room.

DislikedThe wifi on the room was bad during our stay, as many people were connected, better to go to the reception.

LikedThe property was very clean, the staff were very friendly for the most part. I ok didn’t get bed and breakfast option every morning cause I don’t eat a lot that early in the morning, but they did give me a coffee that they didn’t charge me for which was really nice. I did get the breakfast one morning and it’s not worth €15.

DislikedThe room was very small, that was only mildly annoying though to be fair. The pool wasn’t open for the first few days. No english channels. No tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was not comfortable but the most annoying thing was the noise, I stayed on the first floor and could hear the staff early in the morning, I had to get earplugs so I could have a lie in.

LikedBreakfast was nice, and staff in the kitchen were really kind and helpful.

DislikedDrain Smell in the bathroom, next bedroom noise too loud, I could heard someone snoring from the other bedroom lucky only one night
