I really like the package deal with the soap they came out very nice.

This is the second DIY candlemaking kit I have bought from Walmart.  Candles made in minutes ....just put wick in containers, melt wax in microwave, add color, scent and flower petals, let harden, then decorate containers.  Fast

DIY Candlemaking

What fun!  I made the bath bombs in less than an hour and turned out super nice.  My son helped me put the mix in the mold.  We had some molds from previous kits.  See photo for finished product.

This was fun, the candles were a little smaller than I expected but that's okay. Overall a fun experience

Super cute

This D.I.Y. soap making kit was so much fun! I made them for myself and even gave a few away. The scented oil smelled amazing and the colored mika powder was beautiful.

Soapsational

Too much fun. Candle were super easy to make and smelled amazing. Save some of your candle sents for bath bombs because they have a stronger scent. And i gave it 5 stars because if u know to have more bath oils to mix up the bath bombs the turn out great. Rember oil not water to make it sandy

My wife was interested in making soap so this kit seemed like a good starter.I also bought additional soap base from another company. The base from the other company melts with no problem. Every bar she's tried to make from the kit, the base wouldn't completely melt, leaving lumps that cause the soap to delaminate. Even melting both bases together, the base from this kit refused to melt, floating in the fully melted higher quality base.  Disappointing.

Disappointing kit for people starting out

It never liquified in the microwave, it just foamed. The time time I didn't catch it and it exploded everywhere in there, but in the end I still got one unscented bar of soap.(I poured both bottles of fragrance in)

Please don't buy!! Will catch your house on fire! 
I was really excited to use this kit. I followed all of the directions and put the finished product on my coffee table in the living room. After about 30 minutes of burning, the flowers caught on fire. The tin got really hot and caused the paper on the outside label to catch fire as well. I ran to get some water to put it out. It burnt a hole in my table. Luckily I was in the living room when this happened and I caught it quickly.  God forbid I had left the room to go to the bathroom. 

I reached out to customer service to warn them about their product as it's clearly a liability waiting to happen. They blamed me and told me that I made the candle wrong (I know I followed all of the steps properly).

Please don't buy this product. One day these candles are going to burn someone's house down or kill someone. Please take these off of the shelves!!

Dangerous! Will burn your house down!

We made these candles and lit one in our bathroom while we had guests over. Instead of burning out when the wick ran out, this candle stayed lit and burnt up all the wax and flowers. The metal tin burnt up and turned black. The whole thing nearly burnt down our bathroom while we had company! As a reminder, it burnt a black hole in our bathroom countertop. Do not buy these.
