I love my lightstim! But you've gotta be consistent! I find this most helpful for my redness and reducing any red marks left over from pimples. Have also used on areas of skin when I get an eczema flare up. I agree with some of the other reviews - it can be time consuming when you want to do your whole face, but i try to alternate and do chin and cheeks one night, then forehead and eyes the next.Excellent

bought this 2 years ago, used it very second day for few months. The serum that needs to be applied before using the machine feels too dry for me, after each treatment( 20 mins) my skin gets to dry so I had to use another serum.I love this product!
