The VIVE Pro Starter Kit includes the Pro VR headset, 2x base stations, 2x controllers, as well as all the necessary accessories for you to hook your new kit up to your battle station. Get ready to truly enter the thick of the action with immerse visuals and Hi-Res sound.
Please be aware: a computer (sold separately) is required to make this VR system work.
Supporting up to 5 x 5m of SteamVR room-scale tracking, HTC Vive Pro takes your virtual reality (VR) experiences to the next level, due to a redesigned headset that evenly and comfortably distributes the weight of the device to achieve an optimal centre of gravity, a nose pad that handily blocks even more light and of course, enhanced optics that provide you with an amazing VR experience.
Thanks to 1440 x 1600 pixels per eye (2880 x 1600 pixels combined), the HTC Vive Pro has a 37% PPI increase (to 615) and a 78% increase in pixels from the original VIVE. Headphones integrated with 3D spatial sound deliver a superior sonic soundscape, while dual microphones can allow active noise cancellation – additionally, they can activate Conversation Mode and Alert Mode, to help avoid any headset and headphones related awkward situations.
More immersive VR
The HTC Vive Pro’s redesigned face cushion and nose pad block even more light - this deepens your sense of
presence while gaming. The face cushion contours to most face shapes with new cloth-lined
foam, while the nose rest covers any nose shape thanks to a unique flower petal-inspired design.
SteamVR tracking
With SteamVR tracking you can create a dedicated room-scale play area that you can physically walk around – if you wish – you can always enjoy playing while being sat at your desk. SteamVR tracking enables gaming that works best for you.
Firm footing
Never second guess a step when running through new lands. With Chaperone, the technology re-creates a
virtual outline of your environment, enabling the user to see and feel the current surroundings without the need of removing the HMD, so your heirloom vase can rest easy.
3D Audio
The HTC Vive Pro’s Hi-Res certified HMD and headphones are now integrated with 3D spatial sound to deliver for true-to-life immersive audio, so you can hear every world as intended by its creator. The powerful amplifier is
