On the bottom of the mouse you'll find the USB receiver. Plug that onto your computer.

Did you plug in the mini USB? It is underneath the mouse if you flip it over

Did you remove the USB in the bottom of the mouse and plug it into your computer?  I have the charging pad connected to one USB port and also the USB from the mouse in another port and the mouse is working fine so far.

You must connect the USB piece for the mouse.

My PC isn't recongizing the mouse, why is this?

Yes it does. The usb receiver plug is located in the bottom of the mouse. (The shiny rectangle)

That phone does not have wireless charging capabilities.

The J7 phone is not set up for wireless charging.  I believe only the S and Note lines from Samsung are able to be charged wirelessly.

Love love love! Got one for my desk at work, and another for a friend, then one for my desk at home. Yes i have 3 now! Charges my phone. Charges the mouse. Sleek and sturdy. Looks and feels professional. Honestly, I'd rather go without, then to pay more than this price for a mouse pad. So it's funny that i ended up paying 3x as much to buy 3 of these. Sill raving about it to friends and family lol i love it!

It's great, the people who are reviewing the mouse cannot even get it to function.

There is a USB piece underneath the mouse, towards the bottom, that you need to pull out and plug into the PC.

Please Make Sure To Use Device Before Rating.

The dongle is under the mouse for those still lost on why your mouse wonât connect. Make sure itâs charged all the way before using. Plug the dongle in your computer or laptop and it works!! Your phone must be QI-compatible to wirelessly charge (iphone 6s plus is NOT compatible nor do they claim it is!) Itâs your own fault if you buy something that doesnât work with your phone. Donât give a negative review because you donât know what youâre buying. Also, MANY wireless chargers charge slower than their wired counterparts. Keep that in mind when purchasing ANY wireless charger. With all that said, I only gave 4 stars because I donât know the long term durability of this item. Iâll update later with a follow-up if it deserves that extra star or not.

The mouse works great but it came with no directions for use which was really annoying. I tried to hook it up and couldn't figure it out. I set it aside to charge the mouse thinking that was the issue and tried again. This is one of those items where you have to be smarter than the mouse to figure it out. The USB plug is on the bottom of the mouse towards the back (pictures attached). Just pop it out and plug into your computer. It is smooth sailing from there. I have a Mac and it worked right away. The only thing I don't love is that the scroller seems to scroll the wrong way, but that could be because I am use to the direction I scroll on my Mac. I have an iPhone 8 plus and the wireless charging pad works perfectly. I gave only 4 stars because I'm annoyed that I had to sit here and play with it for an hour blindly to figure it out. .Otherwise good product for the price paid. Hope this helps those of you who are frustrated with the lack of instructions!

Instructions would have been great.

This cheap little pad/charger exceeded my expectations.  Okay, so a mouse pad is a mouse pad and nobody really use those anymore, but the charging section of the pad has performed very well since I put it onto use about a month ago.  Not only does it keep the wireless mouse charged, but it easily and relatively quickly charges my Iphone Xs when needed.  Can't beat the price to value ratio on this one. Consider you are getting a wireless mouse, a pad and a charger for less than $10!

Can't Beat The Value of This Deal

Within a month of average use, I noticed that the mouse was getting difficult to move. Cleaned the both the mousepad and underside of the mouse but did not make a difference. If i flip the mousepad over, the mouse works just fine but i don't think it will last.

It DOES work, and it DOES charge the mouse, as well as my Samsung Galaxy S8+.  So... why only four stars?  One star gone for having poor instructions.  The mouse requires a receiver.  The instructions doesn't show the receiver as being included in the parts list.  I almost took it back to Walmart until I read on the product description on their website that the micro receiver was included.  I started looking around, and figured out that it was inserted into the mouse, itself.  You have to pry the thing out of the bottom of the mouse so you can plug it into your computer or laptop's USB port.   Once I did that, it worked flawlessly. Works!  But instructions are very limited.

I have tried to get the wireless mouse to work but to no avail. I called Microsoft and their technician tried with no success. I am waiting on a senior technician to try to get it to work.
