LikedPerfect location just 1 min from the beach, good vibe all around, nice bar and also good breakfast which by the way was included in the price. Overall, it was a very good stay, also very clean toilets/showers. Good place to meet people, too. The staff was very polite and attentive, that's the spot to be if you want meet people, great atmosphere all around.

DislikedUnfortunately, there was no bbq night while I was there but this was something minor

DislikedYou'll get "shushed" at if you whisper after 10:30pm or before 8am. Owner is an Italian guy, would be nice to have this in local hands but I guess that is more of a general issue in Nungwi.

LikedIt was a very friendly and welcoming accommodation. All the staff were so helpful, especially Hans, Joshua and the italian owner. The food was delicious and the vibes were great. The beach was right outside which was amazing. We would absolutely love to return one day and stay in Makofi.

DislikedThis might be a personal preference but from 10.30pm it was quiet time and we could only whisper outside. Also, the room was quite hot, but was manageable.
