My dermatologist recommended this serum 4 years ago. I started getting compliments about my skin almost immediately and the only thing different was adding this to my skincare regimen. I tried another serum for about 6 months but it did not work nearly as well. My skin looked dull and my makeup did not go on as smoothly so I went back to using this. I won't use anything else again unless I absolutely have to.

The only Retinol Serum for me

I purchased the Vitamin C Serum, Nighttime Retinol Daily Face Cream and Nighttime face cream in store to ensure it was authentic, only has been a week of use and my skin already looks much better. I knew Cerave was a good brand but after combining them as suggested on their website under their easy anti aging routine I'm hooked, I hope my local Walmart keeps it in stock since there seems to be SO many fakes online, if you try it make sure you're buying the real thing :)

Warning. The cream I received is a fake. The outside package is damaged, the bottle label is bubbled, and the label text is different from the true product. Also, the cream is a different color, consistency, and smell as the true CeraVe cream I've used for years.

Received fake cream!

These two items have a lot number of 20W700 on the container tubes. That was made in 2002-07. the retinol face serum is 18 months old! In addition, the packaging boxes of the serum tubes are discolored and have no lot number on them. I have bought CeraVe retinol face serum for many years and have never seen such low-quality packaging on real CeraVe products.
I suspected I had paid a premium price for counterfeit products. I bought the two items at a local Walmart store immediately, but Walmart refused to take them back and had me call Walmart's care phone to get a return and refund. That's when my nightmare started, I had waited and waited a long time but did not get the problem resolved. I was asked to call back again the next day to get the refund issued. The next day I called again and spent almost an hour still not getting the product refunded. Walmart finally sent me a return label via email. I need to find a printer to get the label printed and package the defective products to bring to FedEx to ship them back. In total, I spent 4 hours returning the product and still waiting for the refund. Don't buy anything online from Walmart, for you may receive defective and counterfeit products since Walmart has very weak control over what they sell and the return and refund process intentionally inconveniences you to discourage you from returning and refunding the product. CeraVe makes good products, but beware of counterfeits and old products from Walmart.com.

I used Walmart's ship it for free feature that is available when you are placing a pickup order and they don't have it in stock. The retinol bottle I received did not look like this picture. It did not look like the one I had been previously using. I'm pretty sure it's a counterfeit product. I absolutely love all their products but even the smell is off.

The product they sold to me is clearly a fake product. There's even a misspelled word on the packaging. I hope Walmart will allow me to return it.

Dupe Product - Not CeraVe !!

Fake product. I have compared this to the one that I got from cerave official website, and the printing is way off as well as the smell. It's fake that's why it's cheaper.

I've been using CeraVe for a while. 
texture, color and bottle are different as what I'm using. It's my first time shopping CeraVe here. I feel very disappointed….

Disappointed with the product

I purchased 2 of these per a deal the seller was offering, but received only 1.  USPS pkg wgt. was 2 oz, which includes the product's content, box it came in and the plastic wrap used to ship it.  If there were 2 items, the wgt would've been at least 4 oz or more to accommodate the 2nd unit.  They said they'd check and get back within 24 hours, but that was several days ago.  I'm now to make a trip to Walmart to see if I can get a full return of the 2 items I paid for -- keeping any of it leaves a bad taste on this deal; and won't deal with this seller again in the future.
