The sound quality is crisp and clear, as if you are at a concert and the headphones are so comfortable. It has an amazing microphone system that picks up and isolates your voice while canceling the noise around you. With a light weight frame and cushy ear pads the Bose headphones are extremely comfortable. I love Alexa Assistant and it has the ability to take a hands-free call or speak to Alexa easily and change your music channel. You can also use google assistant if you prefer! When someone around is trying to use another Alexa device, the Alexa in the headphones tries to respond, too. The noise canceling is great. There are ten settings for varied amounts of noise cancellation. This allows you to choose how much of the background noise you cancel out in situations where you may need to hear some of it. On mobile devices, you have to use the Bose app, but you can set the headphones up to be hands free for phone calls, connect to your Amazon accounts (and Google Home, according to the package, but we don’t have that). There is an app that makes connection and control effortless, even connecting to Alexa, Siri or Google. The noise cancelling is top notch. When set to the highest setting, it is like being in a theater alone. What's really neat though is you can set the noise cancelling feature to 0-10 to decide how much outside noise you wish to hear. I love this for listening to podcasts but also being around my family. They fit well and don't slip while doing things around the house. The battery life is 18+ hours. You will love these!

You get the Bose name you have come to expect with superior sound quality coupled with Google technology. I used the headphones on a recent airline flight and I must say I did not sacrifice music quality as they managed to drown out even the annoying plane noises. The earpieces were very comfortable even for a nine hour flight. The sleek design allows for absolute long wear comfort.

I really like that the Boss logo isn’t too loud or noticeable, so I’m not advertising it during my commute. The padding on the ear pieces are so comfortable, there isn’t any pinching. The noise cancellation is impressive. It is adjustable depending how much of the outside noise I want to cancel out. You can customize the noise cancelling level from hearing almost everything around (level 0) to hearing absolutely nothing from the outside (level 10). When they arrived, I was really excited to try them, but first I had to download the Bose headphone app and create an account. On accident, I ended up turning them completely off and then when I turned them back on, they would no longer connect to the app. I called their customer service and the lady was not helpful at all. I have uninstalled the app twice, downloaded it again twice, and I still cannot get them to connect through wireless. The sound alone is superb but let me get into the other features first. They come with a built in microphone that sounds exactly as though I'm holding my phone up to my mouth. These are the first pair of headphones that I've found that do this. There are 11 noise cancelling settings that you can adjust based on the environment around you. I love that Amazon Alexa is built in as well (Google Assistance is too!)...it makes controlling music so much easier. The fit of these headphone is lightweight and comfortable. The sound, though, is what gets me....absolute perfection! Could not be happier with these!

Initial setup wasn't hard to do but can be a tad frustrating if it doesn't go smooth. Using an older android phone to setup the bose music app did not connect successfully at first, but worked the second time. Not sure what was the hiccup, however, I'm glad it connected. After the app installation, there is a short guide on the functions of these headphones. These headphones fit comfortably snug with a firm clasp without feeling like being under a tight vise grip as it has soft earcups. They are perfectly comfortable and I love that the noise reduction can be adjusted so that you don’t have to block out all background noise if you don’t want. They have a really long charge too so you won’t have to recharge them very often. The carrying case is fantastic as well. My only complaint is that it took me some time to figure out how to connect them with my computer. It was easy to connect them to my phone but I had to do quite a bit of research to get them going on Windows 10. So maybe some additional instructions about that would have been helpful.
