Horrible customer service JessicaOrdered this cabinet for click and collect in January. First pickup date they had forgotten half of my cabinet on the truck and couldn’t find it in the warehouse. Called customer service and she said she’d compensate me and get the correct unit out. I was never compensated. The second box arrived a month later and now that I’ve assembled it I have a broken handle. The customer service agent I spoke to after assembly basically offered me store credit…I’d like a working handle and to not pay full price when it takes a month to receive half the product. I can’t even buy a handle with store credit?1
Nice displayMattThis is a very nice display case. My only complaint is Ikea doesn't sell additional shelves and brackets. My display items are quite short so I don't want the shelves so spread out. The shelves are adjustable but what is the point if you can't buy more? IKEA, please make an additional shelf kit for this case! Any custom glass place I've contacted wants to charge me almost half the price of the case for one shelf! And that still wouldn't include the 5 brackets I need for each shelf. I don't know what to do. I'm very frustrated.4

Elegant addition to our home!AmyThis elegant cabinet went together in an hour and is absolutely beautiful. We use it to hold vintage glass and pottery and have not loaded up the shelves to be very heavy. With that said, the shelves are substantial for their size. You could certainly beef up the shelves by taking out the glass and cutting a template for plexi or thicker glass if you need it. We installed lights and they were easy to install once we found the knock-out for the cord on top (it was kind of hidden). Perfect cabinet for displaying your beautiful collection. This cabinet with the added lighting really lets the objects inside shine. Again, easy to put together but works best with two people to install the glass panels. 5

Love this cabinet!AmberI purchased this specific cabinet because it was glass, had a lock and, I loved the design. I am very happy with the look and functionality. It really does require two people to assemble. Assembly was very tricky at times. Keep in mind, if you want to purchase lights, they are separate as well as the power cord. 5

Beautiful Display CabinetDharaA star less only because I really want the extra shelves ( and those tiny bits to hold the shelves ) for desired purpose of buying this cabinet. I want it to be used for my Disney collectibles and the gap between shelves is much given I can't add any extra shelf to it. I wish someone from IKEA responds with a resolution to this. 4
