Do you offer printing?
I do not offer a printing option, but the digital files that you download through Corjl can be printed at home or by a professional printer.
If you’re considering a professional printer, I recommend Prints of Love. My shop has partnered with them to offer fast, high quality yet affordable printing. Plus free 2-3 day U.S. shipping and free envelopes! Check them out at: https://printsoflove.com/ref/dottieandcaro/
How do the digital cards/templates work?
Once you purchase a digital template, after your payment is processed, you should receive an email within five minutes from Corjl with instructions on how to access your purchase. From there you will be able to edit, customize, save, and download your purchase in a JPG or flattened PDF file that you can then either print at home, email as an evite or e-card, or have printed professionally at a print shop. Most files can be printed anywhere that does printing for photo cards or custom greeting cards.
There are no refunds on digital downloads.
Per Etsy and my shop policies, digital downloads are not refundable. If you accidentally purchased a file twice, please message me as soon as possible. If your purchase has been accessed in Corjl and downloaded, there are no refunds.
Can I get a PSD or vector file of your design?
I do not sell PSD or vector files of my artwork. Artwork used on any digital templates is not sold separately.
