It is a dietary food for special medical uses. Orthomol Vital f contains important micronutrients for the nervous system and energy metabolism: Vitamin C, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folic acid, niacin, pantothenic acid and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue .

Vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, pantothenic acid, niacin, vitamin C, biotin, magnesium, calcium, iodine, manganese and copper contribute to normal energy metabolism.

Vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, niacin, biotin, magnesium, copper and iodine contribute to the normal function of the nervous system.

Vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), zinc, selenium, copper and manganese contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

The omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA contribute to the normal functioning of the heart. The positive effect is established with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. Calcium helps normal maintenance of bones and teeth.
