2.0 out of 5 stars. Rather wideReviewed by S from Minnesota on Saturday, September 4, 2021I usually wear a size 36 / US 5.5-6, regular width, and ordered a size 36. These were very wide. When I adjusted the lacing to make them fit closer to my foot, the toe of the shoe crinkled unattractively. The heel of the shoe was very shallow in comparison to the depth and width of the toe box. Usually I prefer a shallower heel cup to fit my feet better, but my heels were slipping out of the shoes. It's too bad--I was really looking forward to trying a pair of wool shoes.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Feels great, heel fits weirdReviewed by Love Merino from UTAH on Thursday, September 2, 2021First off, I really like wearing these. I've worn them in temps ranging from 50-106 and have been comfortable. The only drawback is the back heel of the shoe. It goes straight up and does not curve to accommodate the curve of my heel. I wondered if it was made for the foot to slide in and crush the back of the shoe. Once I'm wearing them, I don't feel excess rubbing in the spot.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Feel good!Reviewed by iltwob from Oceanside, CA on Saturday, August 7, 2021I just got these so have not worn them outside yet. I wear a size 8 in US sizes, so I bought the 38. I also need to wear an orthotic. If I wear cushioned socks, even cushioned ankle socks, the shoe is pretty full and in the summer as it is now, they are a bit too warm. However, with a non-cushioned ankle sock they are just right. That tells me that in the winter I can wear a sock that is cushioned if I need to for extra warmth, even though the shoe might feel full. So I am satisfied.
