Cheaply made with fast battery drain.
Was unable to transfer all my data from my old phone to this phone. The last time I did this with ease because Tracfone had an available app to do just this. Appears that this app is no longer available. My question is why did Tracfone get rid of this app? Back to the phone review, it is cheaply made and the battery seems to discharge at a much quicker rate than my old LG phone. Purchased this phone because it came with 1500MB of data and 1500 talk and text minutes and the cost was cheaper than buying the data plan separately to add to my old phone. I would not recommend purchasing this phone strictly as an upgrade without the minutes and data package. The LG phones are much better quality in my opinion!!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good phone for the price.
The phone functions as it should, however, it is difficult to answer an incoming call. You will have to charge the battery every day or so. My biggest problem was with Tracfone service, which will not reply to emails. Also, beware the meter. This phone subtracts more for usage than you actually use. (minute for minute). Overall, a good phone for the money. If you use more than the 1500 minutes, you can add more.
