[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try these crest white strips because they also come with the light. 
The pros: you do get noticeably white teeth within two uses and    the directions for use are easy to follow. It does come with 20 sets of white strips as well which is nice. 
Cons: you do have to wear them for a hour and it did cause really bad teeth sensitivity for me which it does say that can happen on the packaging.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used white strips before, different brand and was very underwhelmed, but I am thoroughly impressed with the Crest 3D White Whitestrips with Light. It's very easy to use and the instructions were clear. I am in my mid 30s and have stains from years of drinking coffee as well as wine. This product has lightened at least 2 shades lighter. With continual consistent use I know they can be even whiter. It takes about an hour from start to finish with using both strips and light not long at all. Overall I highly recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always had teeth that people comment on as being white, but age and  my daily cup of coffee have taken their toll and I noticed they weren't as bright as they'd been in the past.  I never got brace, so using hard plastic molds to whiten my teeth never worked well either, they just don't cover my teeth properly.  These Crest 3D strips with light are amazing, and work so well!  They go on my teeth well, cover all surfaces that I need them to, and stick to them for the full hour.  I just did one session, and wow, already I can tell a difference!  I did have sensitivity after using them, but then just used sensitive toothpaste, and it went away.  I recommend this set to anytone looking for a quick and easy way to whiten their teeth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works but the sessions are on the lengthy side. You first have to wear the strips for an hour and then use the light for 5 mins. The light is more compact than others I've tried in the past which made it more manageable to hold with my small mouth. The set includes a generous amount of strips which makes it economical compared to dentist whitening services. My teeth experienced some sensitivity after the first session, especially the next day. I haven't experienced discomfort on my gums, though. It did brighten my teeth by a couple shades in a single session which is a plus. Overall, I prefer the Crest emulsions for the convenience and none of the strips' taste in my month. This set is good to accelerate results and I'll probably keep using it a couple of times a month. For daily use, I'll stick to the Crest emulsions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After battling depression and drinking a ton of caffeine I noticed I had let my teeth go. I used to get complaints on how white my teeth were and no I was self conscious.  So I got Crest 3D White Whitestrips with Light - Teeth Whitening Kit for the holidays to help me feel better about myself.
Each packet come with a top and a bottom strip. They adhere to the teeth and don't slip or slide around. I do think an hour is a really long time but I do a treatment a week and I wearing it when I take my shower. After that hour is up I then use the light. Press both buttons on the the light accelerate and the blue light will turn on for 5 mins and auto shut off. Then you dome! Rinse your mouth and you're good to go. I've only done 3 treatments and notice a huge difference.  I did experience some sensitivity, so I don't reccomended brushing your teeth before or after a treatment, and I wouldn't do multiple treatments in a day. I'm just so happy to have my smile back!

The first day I did not really see much results but on the third day I started noticing my teeth got a little whiter. As I kept using the strips each day, a lot of the dark stains on my teeth started to disappear. The instructions were very simple and easy to follow. Only downfall I found in this product was the bottom strip seemed like it did not want to stick to my teeth and slid a little while I was trying to put it on. I would recommend this product to someone who has a wedding coming up in the near future, or an event that they want their smile to look whiter. Crest has always advertised their products as helping people whiten their teeth and this product does just that.

Interesting when using these strips I saw no immediate change to my teeth and my teeth are not darkly stained. It was not until I used the last strip and a day or two later, I saw an increased in brightness on my teeth. I would have liked them a little whiter especially using the light, but using the product did bring some improvement.

Delayed Effect

Based off of the majority of the reviews and product description, I was eager to try these.  I paired it with optic white to boost results and unfortunately did not see much of a difference.  I drink coffee but I dont smoke, drink tea / wine.  This one wasnt it and did not deliver.

Did not work for me either

I don't understand why, but these white strips were useless. I have no opinion on the blue light. I have used many types of white strips and have always seen a difference in my teeth afterwards, but, not with these white strips. I would not waste my money on these.
