What an excellent product in every way!   I'm serious,  if you battle w/ constipation, you've got to consider trying this.   I have found  Miralax to be an absolutely perfect solution %26 an extraordinarily complete success for managing my uncomfortable %26 problematic symptoms of ongoing constipation.   In the past, present, %26 future,  some of the daily meds I have to take for my health %26 well-being;  have always, do still, %26 will likely continue, to keep giving  me the unfortunate side effect of constipation.   It  was 5 mo. ago,  during  a week in the hospital, w/ 2 surgeries, when a kindly doc ordered for me, what I believe is, the best (otc) laxative on the market.   In my opinion, there are a lot of yucky ones at our drugstores %26 Ive tried a handful of them in the past.  For me, all of those ones were very difficult to swallow; %26 I  don't recall any of them ever working for me.
     So naturally, I was hesitant to even try the Miralax when a nurse brought it in to my room the first time.  Easily, my old memories  kept making me feel afraid of tasting it..  The next morning, a different nurse brought the Miralax drink to my room; along w/ a convincing explanation of how to mix it up.  He said his best way was to always use cold water to stir the fine powder into; %26 then, maybe add ice %26 a straw - which he did for me.  Nervously I sipped, %26 tried it all.  Later that same day, I tried again %26 sipped my way thru  a 2nd dose  in the evening,  (with the cold water, ice, %26 straw); followed by a 3rd dose of the same mix during lunch of the next day.  By my 3rd dose,  it had gotten easy to quickly drink it all down;  especially bcuz my old memories of yucky flavors %26 textures were quieted.  And each time the nurses prepped a Miralax dose to bring me, they used cold water, (@ 8 oz., I think), %26 then added ice %26 a straw.   It was incredibly exciting to me that here was never any negative taste or texture to be a bother.  In fact,  I couldn't @ all  detect any flavor or texture, other than just cold water.  Never anything  else.  Never.    And, I love(d) that about it! 
    It's a fabulous fact that  truly astounds me to this day.  Wow, no horrible taste or texture  to  get in the way.  Yea!  You'll love that.    But  wait,  there's more… %26 that is this exceptionally  fine fact  that  w/in 2-3 days,  Miralax did its job.  Amazing %26 astonishing, isn't it?   Imagine…  not only does a dose just taste like cold water; but it most certainly does work!  Without any bad cramping, Miralax actually, %26 gently, worked.  It was the start of a grand benefit, that I wasn't getting anywhere else.  The pricing seems fair, as well.   I'm still very grateful for getting the chance to try it, %26 now, I have it at home.   If you're in need, give it a go; %26 feel that gratitude for Miralax's  extraordinarily complete success.   (P.S.  Using  cold water, no ice is okay. I do still like a straw).

Excellent, Easy, Extraordinary Success!  Go for it

Miralax is very effective, especially if your problem is temporary or moderate.  More chronic and severe cases will be helped, but it may be limited to mitigating the problem significantly but not fully. That is, however, terrific improvement for more severe cases! It certainly is a good alternative in cases where bulk forming laxatives are not addressing your problem. Miralax, as an osmotic laxative that increases the amount of water being drawn into the colon.  I have had no side effects using it. It is quick and easy to measure by its cap and simply mixed it in any 8-16 oz of liquid hot or cold. It is tasteless and clear when mixed, so your drink flavors are not changed. It can be taken morning or evening. For me, evening works best. Be aware that when you first use it, it may take 2-4 days to get into your system with results. I have found that its effectiveness is increased by drinking at least 64 oz of liquids daily. I have not had to increase dosage in order to get results, which is an added asset.  Prices can be intimidating.  Shopping with coupons or finding competitive pricing online is worth the effort.  Best values are in larger sizes.

Safe product, ease of use, effective!

It did its intended job! Bought for colonoscopy, prep, and mixed with very cold Gatorade. It did what it was supposed to do! LOL

At first I didn't think that it was going to work, but I mixed it with lime Gatorade and put it in fridge to get cold. It didn't have a bad taste and after half an hour..there i was running to the restroom. I highly recommend this for cleansing for pre op procedure or, just to cleanse.

I've have problems with irregularity for decades. I doctor recommended this to me to use daily. I didn't think that a little bit of powder would help my severe symptoms. I was wrong. This product seriously contributes to an overall improved quality of life for me.
I always drink it in my morning black coffee. When stirred a bit it is not gritty. And it's completely tasteless in my coffee.

I love that I can mix it with basically any drink or just take it with water does not have a bad takes my whole household uses it often my son and I take medicine on a daily that mess with out gut. This was recommended by my gastroenterologist for use as a prep for a colonoscopy. I used it with white grape juice and it dissolves very well with no grit or taste. I have used it in the past as well with good results and I would recommend this product.
