TRIXIE's Rabbit Hutch with Outdoor Run is ideal for single and smaller breed rabbits, as well as guinea pigs. The 2-Story design has a retreat area on the upper level. The run opens from above and is easily attached/removed using metal hooks. The hinged roof with locking arm opens on one side. Yes, this outdoor rabbit hutch can get wet.

can this hutch get wet? because it has been raining. And i dont know if this type of wood can get warped or something. lol

It might be... but again it might not be if the raccoon digs under it to get to your rabbit. I'm not an expert but it might be okay unless the raccoon digs under it. I am using mine inside so i'm not sure.

Yes, you can keep animals other than rabbits in the enclosure, if you wish.

Would this be a option for my tortoises? I would have to get a chicken heater pad for winter.

Love this. The roof opens. The tray pulls out easy. The outdoor run detaches easily.  Cleaning this hutch is a breeze. Recomend this one highly. There is another hutch that looks the same which I bought by mistake for my second hutch. I recommend you make sure you have the right one.

The rabbits love rheir home.  After a few minutes they were binking on the first level. We keep them in my home office. My husband made 2 trays out of sheet metal to collect their waste. They sleep upstairs and we open the door during the day. Also heaving two areas helps with clean up.  We lock them downstairs and clean upstairs. Likewise from the bottom.  We just love it.

We bought it for our new chicks and it’s awesome.  There is a slight problem with one of the hinges being misaligned.  It comes pre-drilled but fixable

I have two of these for my rabbits. It says extra small but if you look at the dimensions, it's the same size as the others that cost 50-100 dollars more. It's compact, and I wouldn't recommend more than one bunny in it, but it's very durable and easy to assemble and clean. Highly reccomend it.

Good hutch for the price

The ramp screws pulled out first move. The wood had split. Just layed it in the doorway and put a screwdriver at the bottom end to keep it solid. Have two tiny abandoned kittens in it and they fit pretty comfortably. Not a lot of running/playing room but when they get acquainted with my older cats I'll let them out. House part has plenty of room and is completely dry. Been outside in several very rough downpours and not a drip. Not sure if I'd put a full grown animal in it, but a smaller type like guineas hens or bunnies would probably be okay. But as I said before, not much walking/running room outside of house.

Works for my needs

Very small cage but works for what I intended to use it for, quail. I added more hardwire to bottom and extra locks because the ones it comes with are cheap and easy to open.

Decent hutch but small

We like that the hutch opens up in so many spots and that the side comes off with simple (but very cheap) latches to make it easy to move around.  I did not like the fact that the instructions for assembly were quite vague.  I put the roof doors on the wrong side, had to take them off and reassemble.  Overall, it's a good little hutch

Worth buying. Our bunnies are happy outside now.

It's a little smaller than expected. Not recommended to be put in the ground. We bought a costco table to set it on and put outdoor carpet on the table. The latches are not metal but some kind of plastic and break and bend easy. Not real happy with overall construction but we have adapted with the things we did extra. Wish I would had spent the money for something that was more of a real hutch with legs. But all in all it works and our bunny is happy.
