The 12 botanicals in Bulldog Gin are sourced from eight countries and are handpicked from the same regions each year for consistency. There are three botanicals which are entirely unique to Bulldog: Chinese lotus leaves, Turkish white poppy and Chinese dragon eye. This blend of unique botanicals, combined with its 40% alcohol content, give Bulldog a supremely smooth and balanced flavor with a crisp finish.

Although the scent is relatively neutral, with just a mild hint of floral and clean lemon zest, this proves a complex, spicy gin on the palate. It feels light and silky, even oily. Beyond the standard juniper and mint, this gin intrigues with offbeat caraway, coriander and hot pepper.
Produced only in accordance with strict purity standards formulated by an 18th century European Parliament that guaranteed the absence of toxic distillation byproducts, the phrase “London Dry” on a bottle doesn't refer to any specific place of origin, age or ingredients. To be called a London Dry Gin, the base spirit must be distilled in a column still to at minimum, 70% abv. Natural botanicals can be added to the resulting neutral spirit only through re-distillation. Anything added after distillation other than water and a tiny amount of sugar disqualifies a Gin from the title, London Dry.
