Maximise your skincare results with the Swiss Clinic Skin Roller. Simple, effective and painless, the roller is covered in Japanese surgical steel microneedles. The needs lightly penetrate the surface of the skin, causing the body to initiate a healing response, stimulating the production of collagen and elastin for a rejuvenated complexion. The micro-needling device has three interchangeable needle heads to treat a variety of skin needs.

The Set Contains:
3 different needle heads:
- 0.2mm Face – recommended for young, sensitive and thin skin, e.g., around the eyes
- 0.5mm Face – recommended for best results
- 0.5mm Body – a wider needle head with 1080 needles to treat larger areas of skin on the body, e.g., thighs or stomach.
- Ensure the skin is perfectly clean on targeted areas.
- Using even pressure, roll the Skin Roller back and forth for 2-4 minutes, in four directions; vertically, horizontally and diagonally from left to right and right to left.
- Immediately apply your serum of choice to the entire area, as micro channels are activated for the first 3-5 minutes after use.
- Clean the Skin Roller thoroughly with a disinfectant (i.e. Beauty Accessory Cleaning Spray) after each use.
- Store the Skin Roller with the plastic cover on the tip between treatments.
- Perform the treatment daily in 5-day treatment cycles, ie 5 days of rolling, then 5 days of rest. Continue the 5/5-day cycles for 2 months. We suggest to apply the serum during the days you let your skin rest. Let the serum absorb for 60 minutes before applying other skin care products.
Let your skin then rest for a month before you start a new treatment of 5/5-day treatment cycles. Always start a new treatment with a new needle head. It’s the best way to reach and maintain optimum results, for hygienic reasons and to avoid skin reactions. The needle heads are easy to pull off and replace.
If you are unsure but would like to try it out, you can start treatment with the 0,2mm needle length and see how it feels. Once you feel comfortable, change to 0,5mm for maximum results. It is perfectly possible to use the various needle heads on all parts of the body, e.g., décolletage, hands or knees.
Treatment period: We recommend a treatment period of five consecutive days followed by a hiatus of equal length so the skin has time to rest and recover. Once the skin has recovered, you may continue with a new treatment cycle. Continue in this manner – five days of treatment and five days of rest – for two months.
Hygiene:
As is always the case in treatment with microneedles, the importance of cleanliness cannot be overstated. Always remember to only treat dry, healthy, cleansed skin. Make sure your Skin Roller is disinfected. You should also be careful about the manner in which you store your Skin Roller. Use the accompanying needle head cover to ensure the microneedles remain clean and intact.
Avoid treatment if:
- You have open sores
- You suffer from a dermatological disease or are prone to scarring (keloids)
- You are pregnant or breast-feeding

Very impressed- great value and works well
I purchased this as an upgrade from my Environ RollCit. Love it so far - the heads and the handle are of great quality. They are easy to sanitise and come in a beautiful box for storing. Seeing good results so far, and think it great value - 3 heads for this process. Totally recommend.

Great product
I have used a derma roller for a few years and always coveted this brand, but thought it was too expensive. Having finally bought one, I find it a fabulous product and would not now buy the cheaper versions. The only slight downside is, it does feel heavier to use than the cheaper models.

Fab skin roller
I bought this a month ago and have used it ever since following the guidelines. Super easy to use, tingling puffy like feeling first, but then you get use to this. You have to follow this as part of your night routine and not miss one. I’ve seen a big difference! My spot scars are faded, my skin feels tighter and brighter. So very impressed indeed! I wish LF would stock all their ranges from this brand!

Very good
Helps with acnee,after I use this for 2-3 days I have no acnee,my face feels plump and nice.I only use this 2 times a week,I tried to use it every day for 5 days but the third night my skin was pink and itchy even the next day in the morning

I love this dermaroller as it gives you the flexibility with the different heads as well as one for the body. Only used a few times but loving it so far!

Good product, one part came broken during delivery
It’s a good product and somewhat value for money considering there are three needles head - 2mm face, 5mm face and 5mm body. The 2mm face need roller head came broken. I suspect it was broken during inspection of the parcel. Was disappointed and upset. Anyway, instead of sending back, I super glue the broken part together and use it. It’s a bit loose but alrighty for usage.

life changing
I was really scared to try this but I've heard many good things from my friends. It did not hurt like i expected, a slight pinch to the skin. But it is really effective, it helps my skincare to seep in better and i do feel my skin is much smoother.
