Works great
I run 5 to 7 miles four days a week. I’ve taken the BCAA + ATP for over a week now and can tell the results. It’s not a sugar rush or caffeine high, but additional energy as you work out. Today was my 5th day taking it 30 minutes before each run, and I ran 10K personal best times each mile. Don’t care about the taste, but if it bothers you maybe add some STUR or other water enhancer.
