I also tried the powder with fresh pitaya juice, made with my Aicok juicer and combined with citrus juices. And in an almond milk smoothie with fresh berries, also easy and tasty.

    This has a beautiful colour and a nice subtle sweetness. The colour mostly baked away in the cupcakes I made with it but it coloured the icing wonderfully.

    As an awesome dessert try blending up a cup of frozen cantaloupe, a cup of frozen pineapple, a tablespoon of this stuff and a tablespoon of honey (and a splash of water if its not blending well). My favourite go-to sweet thing lately.

    Great product and exactly what I wanted. I was looking for a natural dye that would also give a subtle flavouring for my daughters first birthday cake. Beautiful colour but I wondered how it would taste so I tasted it on the tip of my finger. It was slightly sweet with a very gentle fruit undertone.
