Return & Exchange Policy

At Ron Tomson, we prioritize delivering exceptional customer service from start to finish, which includes our hassle-free return policy.

**Please note that our return policy is for personal use purchases. For commercial uses such as studio pulls, filming and editorials, kindly email us at help@rontomson.com.**


30 DAYS TO RETURN

You have a 30-day window from the fulfillment date of your order to exchange eligible online purchases at no extra cost.

Similarly, you have 30 days from the fulfillment date of your order to return items for a full refund of the item's cost, minus a $15 prepaid return label fee if applicable.

POSTAGE COSTS

Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of returning items. However, if you opt for an exchange, we will handle the delivery expenses within the US. Additionally, please note that if you choose to utilize our automated prepaid labels, a $15 fee will be deducted from your refund.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Final sale items can only be exchanged or returned for store credit and are not eligible for refunds. Any items discounted by more than 60% of the original price fall under the final sale category.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable for orders that opted for expedited shipping during checkout. To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition, including the packaging.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be initiated once your return reaches our warehouse and undergoes inspection for return eligibility. You will receive an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.

If you haven't received your refund, please review your bank statement within the last 2-5 business days, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted. If issues persist, please contact your bank. Refund processing can take up to 5 business days before appearing in your account. If you still haven't received your refund after following these steps, please reach out to us at help@rontomson.com.

FREE REPLACEMENTS

We offer free replacements for items that do not fit, if you are unsatisfied with your order or if they arrive damaged or defective. Lost packages may be replaced at our discretion. Free replacements are non refundable. For quicker processing of your credit or exchange, we recommend using our prepaid return label option in our returns portal available here: 🛎️.
