Needed new pans, had heard great things about Blue Diamond, so decided to give  them a try. 
Holy cow, I'm blown away! 
The pans cook food at an even temp, clean up with no scrubbing (even burnt food), AND best part, I don't need to use any cooking spray or oil. 
In the picture I attached, I cooked 2 eggs in the little frying pan, and used the wooden spatula that came with the set. I did not use any oil, it was only eggs in the pan and salt and pepper. If you look closely, you can see around the edges where the eggs started to stick.  I just pushed with the wooden spatula, and as you can see, the eggs didn't stick!
These pans are metal safe, and have gone through the dishwasher several times and come out good as new and cook reliably every time. 
10/10 would recommend!

All I can say is WOW!

I love love my Blue Diamond pans. Nothing sticks!! I have made fried rice and stir fry noodles and it would stick like crazy on my old pans. Cooking is so much more fun with these pans because Nothing sticks!! Clean up is so easy as well!! Highly recommended!

Love love these pans

These are The Best Cookware that I Have ever used.  I Have Bought Three Sets of this Cookware, and gave Two away as gifts, and the family's that I sent them to, love them as much as I do.

Blue Diamond Takes the Blues out of Cooking.

I love cooking with these Pans but I'm extremely upset that they are chipping and peeling when they claim they wouldn't! They are so easy to clean. I have yet to have anything Stick in them! Over all I love them I'm just worried they aren't gonna last very long

Amazing to cook with but not as promised

I got a JoJo dress instead of the pans. If they were out of stock, they could have sent me an email so I could have found another gift for my mother-in-law instead of waiting for this dress to arrive.

These are not the pans you are looking for.

I was using only the 9.5" open fry pan for my usual cooking. Within a month's time, i started noticing black spots in the pan. It is not smooth or non stick anymore. Even an omlette gets stuck to the pan. I haven't used other pans much. This is so disappointing for the money i paid.  Requesting a refund or replacement of the product.

Really bad non sticky pan. I bought this for black Friday sale... Been using for pass 2 weeks... everything stick. Low or medium stick.. high fire everything gets burn. Dont buy this. Returning this product.

Non stick pastors for about a month only.  Not pleased at all.

Non stick short lived

We purchased this set less than a month ago and the pan is already peeling. We hand washed all the items and only used them on the stove top. Very dissatisfied with this set. Invest in better quality!
