Due to the high volume of shipments at this time, shipping couriers are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates. Keep in mind that our shipping estimates are based on typical shipping timelines. They do not account for any unforeseen delays on the courier end (including traffic and weather condition, and surge in delivery volume).
Our products have varying processing times (because sometimes, we make them just for you!). Please check the product specific page to be fully aware of the expected processing times and product state (in stock, made to order or backordered) as it does vary by product and size.
Keep in mind that Ring Sizers are shipped via regular mail and take 5-10 business days to arrive on your end!
CANADA, US
In-stock orders shipping to Canada and the US are estimated to arrive within 1-3 business days once shipped from our facilities. Keep in mind that depending on the zip code, the courier may take extra days to deliver your package - for remote and/or very rural areas, your order may be transitioned to a more local courier in the area which can increase the shipping time by an additional 1-3 business days. Be sure to take this into consideration when placing your order!
In-Stock Items: If purchased by June 14th 11:59 pm EST, your product is estimated to ship from our facilities by June 16th to receive by June 18th.
Monogrammed + Engraved Items: If purchased by June 11th 11:59 pm EST, your product is estimated to ship from our facilities by June 16th to receive by June 18th. Unless displayed otherwise on Mejuri.com.
Engagement + Wedding Bands: These items are made to order and require extra production time. Your order will ship by the date indicated on the product page.
For orders shipped to the US and Canada, if you're purchasing multiple products and you notice that their shipping dates are different, your order may be split in two if the dates differ by more than 7 business days. If they differ by less than 7 business days, the order will be shipped once all items are available, at the latest date indicated. This rule does not apply for orders shipping to other countries; they will ship when all products are ready to ship and will not be split. We’re not able to accommodate requests to split international orders into multiple shipments.
