Am returning product as it did not come with the majority of items that quick start said was included.

Returned parts missing and could not use

This was a complete waste of money. The crap will not connect and deosnt work. Save your money and buy a Ring, it was so much easier than installing this crap!

It is a piece of junk. I ordered 2 , one one did show picture and the second one did not show any sign, The first one did not fully function, I connected to the existing door bell wire and when pressed, the old door bell did not respond, only the smart phone rang. I took it out and went to Best Buy to buy a real RING video door bell. I do not have any luck with products made in China. They all  are junk ,

Doorbell does not last. The button is sticking and it keeps going off. Do not recommend.

So far I haven't gotten it to boot up, it keeps telling me I need less internet Gs for it to work. Why would I want less internet? I had to order special batteries to fit it as well,  I guess it's an example of you get what you pay for.

Did not work unable to connect to internet.  The company misrepresents this item.  You don't know it doesn't work until you purchase the expensive batteries to get it to work and then it is too late to return
