What if I need a different size?

We can easily accommodate custom sizes - please just drop me a message before purchase.

Do you offer custom and personalised orders?

If you would like a custom design, or one of my prints in different colours, please drop me a message to discuss this.

Where is the tracking information?

The majority of orders are sent via Royal Mail and are UNTRACKED as standard.

If you would like tracking please ensure you choose the tracked upgrade that is offered at the checkout.

Returns

Please see individual items for my returns policy.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Digital downloads

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return.

Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when returning to cover yourself should the item go missing in the post.

We will process your return within 5 working days of receiving it.

UK legislation applies to this shop and transactions

This shop displays goods which are advertised for sale and gives information about them. By advertising goods we are inviting you to place an order. If you place an order, we are not obliged to accept that order and the contract between us will only be formed if and when we accept your order. Our acceptance of your order and the formation of a binding contract between you and us will take place when we dispatch the goods to you. Up until this point, there will be no contract in place between you and us, which means that neither you nor we will have any rights against or obligations towards the other, until the order is dispatched.

None of my items are intended for children or to be handled by children. ALL items are intended for adult use.

Lost parcels

UK orders are not deemed to be “lost” until 10 working days after their last due date. I am therefore unable to issue a replacement or refund until at least 10 working days have passed. UK legislation applies to this shop.

Overseas orders: Royal Mail International do not consider a parcel “lost” until 25 working days after it’s last due date. I am therefore unable to issue a replacement or refund until at least 25 working days have passed.

I will do all I can to investigate & resolve any postal issues to the best of my ability.

You are not eligible for a refund is your order is returned to me because you gave an incorrect address.

What if I received a damaged item?

Please contact me via Etsy message with details including photos of the damaged item and packaging. We must be notified of any damages within 14 days of receiving your order in order to be able to send a replacement.
