The Go PRO works great as expected but was a little beat up. This should have been noted in the posting so people are aware. It is also missing the original frame to mount on different places.

This came with everything it said however it is clearly not new and that is disappointing. The edges of the camera as scratched up. No directions with it or anything.

why is it beat all to crap!?
this was supposed to be a gift but it looks like I picked it up off the side of the road!

This is not a brand new item.
This does NOT come with the original GoPro battery. The picture is a lie. 
This does NOT come with the original Black Case that goes around the camera. Therefore the attachments are useless since you cannot attach them to the camera without the original black case.  
The memory is NOT brand New in a package like shown in the picture. 
I recommend buying from someone local through other websites.

EXPECT LESS!!!  Missing Original Case and Battery.

So I got this in January, used it once and it's been stuck in the waterproof case since. Because of this, I had to try and pry it out, scraping up my brand new (to me) GoPro! This is unacceptable, I learned while finally getting it out and it having to take two people with butter knives etc, that the LENS CAP SUCTIONED TO THE CASE lens cap area . When I got it off today, the lens on my GoPro stayed in the case, the GoPro came out in parts. I am normally very gentle with my electronics and I was with this as well. 

But now, two months later, I have a GoPro in prices I used once, with broken accessories and the body of the camera is scratched. 

I need you to make this right. I would understand if this was user error, or if you have a warning about the waterproof case, but this is UNACCEPTABLE. I'm either going to start an exchange or chargeback on my credit card. If you have an alternative option. I'm open to it. But I will not be just living with this big purchase that's now defective as it stands today

DONT USE WATERPROOF CASE SERIOUSLY

The item is scratched and does not charge. The item is battery will not charge, the item cannot be used unless it is connected to charger and when connected to charger still does not charge. The red light to indicate it is charging does not turn on.

The go pro was damage it has damage as it were dropped. It didn't come with instructions.  It wasnt new
