This pediatrician tested, natural ointment works very well, it helps to keep my baby's bottom dry and prevents diaper rash with its high quality, maximum strength 40% zinc oxide. tried litterally Everything! please mommas if ur little ones rash is out of control or even if u wanna keep the rashes from starting you gotta keep some burts bees. once the area is clean just dab it dry with something soft, then apply this ointment liberally and dust with powder and i promise youll see some healing start youll never wanna buy anything else.

best diaper rash cream ever

Crazy expensive but the only thing that works for my little girl's diaper rash. In some of the extensive research I've done, I read a suggestion that said not to remove all of the diaper rash cream every time. Instead, clean the area by patting with a wet wipe and then applying more cream. This worked well with Burt's Bees cream, since it really clings and would be hard to remove. 
I found the thicker plastic of the tubes a but challenging, once half of the cream was gone. But using something to flatten the tube (as with toothpaste) and removing the cap each time worked.

Yes, horses! 
We have Shires and one of them has had a lifetime history of developing scratches in Summer season. There are hundreds of products on the market to treat those scratches and unfortunately, they are not only harsh on the skin, they never completely get rid of them and require very frequent application. 

This Summer, I thought: what if we can nourish the skin so the skin is strong enough to not let scratches develop in the first place. And of course, this also includes continuing keeping the feathers (and Shires have amazing feathers) clean as before. So I started applying the diaper rash ointment on any area that started to develop some fungus, scabs, and seriously ... within 2 days those areas all cleared up, looked smooth and soft and healthy pink skin was visible.

This Summer has been the first in 23 years the particular Shire I refer to has had NO scratches at all! And our youngest Shire, who had a few nasty bug bites, healed those within the same amount of days.

This works great with healing my baby's diaper rash when her skin is extra sensitive. She has eczema and this so far is the only thing that helps prevent and heals her diaper rash.
