Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?

CCL Supplements does not use drop shippers or third party shippers, all orders are prepped in house.

Every day from Monday through Friday, all orders received are packaged and shipped.

Most packages arrive within 2-4 days depending on their distance from our office in Orem, UT.

Will I receive a tracking number?

When your order ships, the carrier, ship date, and estimated delivery date for your package will be listed in a shipment confirmation e-mail.

What if the tracking number says "delivered" but I still don't have my package?

Sometimes this happens, but often the problem is resolved without much effort. Start by contacting your local post office with the delivery number, often they can track down the package for you. Often, packages do show up within 24-48 hours because they were inadvertently dropped at the wrong house or apartment number.

United States. All orders under $50 are shipped at rates dependent on distance and weight. Over $50 orders receive free shipping.

Canada. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship. Rates are calculated as you order, according to the size and weight of what you buy.
