I had a Chi Flat Iron that was probably 10 years old so I needed a new one badly. I had never heard of this brand but decided to give it a try. I love this Flat Iron. Its easy to use

The rollback price for this product was great. I purchased one before for almost double the cost. The quality was the same in this product and it works really great.  You can quickly straighten hair and it looks really nice.

It heats up quickly.  It only took about 30 seconds to flat iron my whole head and I have medium length hair..  It looks shiny and straight.

Love this! Smooth, makes my hair look amazing. The only dislike is that the control buttons are not in a convenient place so hand placement interferes with settings.

I would recommend it.  Nice packaging,  Had a little problem adjusting the temperature,  but overall  I'm happy with the product.

The overall flat iron works great. The on off button could have been in a different place because you can easily press the power off while in use and not know it.

Its a 4star for me!

It's pretty good, definitely better than my cheap $30 hair straighteners but nothing close to the quality hair straightener you find the professional use at the salon. The retail price on this thing is absurd, I got it for $60 but now I kind of wish I would have spent a little more and gotten the professional one to have the excellent quality I am looking for.

it's good for a mid-price range, don't pay retail

The on/off button shows that it is off but it does not shut off. I have to unplug it to turn it off. I imagine they would replace it but I do not want to hassle with it so I will just unplug it.

On/Off button does not work

The first run through my hair, it pulled hair out. The plates are not smooth. It wont turn off unless I unplug it. I plan to return this.
