can be a replacement, but only if Reshipping fee of $7.80 is paid.

All of our mugs are printed with designs on BOTH the FRONT and BACK of the mug, so mugs can be enjoyed when holding with either hand! If personalization is requested, it will be printed, facing the person when holding the mug handle in their right hand, unless otherwise requested.

Our ceramic coffee mugs are made using a high quality sublimation process that adheres specialty inks to our mugs, leaving a permanent image on your mug! The images will not rub, peel, or scratch off like vinyl or markers.

Color may vary slightly from monitor to print due to monitor settings and the nature of handcrafting the product.

We do not make or send any items before payment is received.

You may cancel an order within 6 hours of your order being placed. Once shipped, we are unable to cancel your order. If you receive a non customized mug, you may be able to send it back to us for a refund pending it's condition when it arrives.

Your item will ship in NO LESS THAN 3 business days from purchase date. Customized or personalized mugs are subject to longer shipping dates. Expect longer shipping times during holiday seasons. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number for your package.

If your address is incorrect and you realize this after purchasing, please send me a message via Etsy to let me know (within 6 hours), and I will change the address for you. You will still need to update it in your etsy settings for future purchases.

All mugs ship first class or priority via USPS. According to their policies, shipping arrives within 2-5 business days from ship date.

We currently only ship within the U.S.

All Customizing included in basic mug price will be limited to:
Name and Date or 25 Characters or less.
If you would like images, graphics or more than 25 characters, there is a $5.00 Customizing charge for art.

Due to the nature of the handmade item, all mugs are final sale and non refundable. If you have a problem with your mug please contact me.

If you I send you a mug you did not order, or if your mug arrives broken, please send me a message via Etsy with a picture attached for proof WITHIN 48 HOURS, and I will happily replace your mug!

If your tracking number states that your item was delivered, but you don't have it in hand, you will need to contact your postal worker. I am not responsible for stolen, delayed, or lost items.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: The mugs are sublimated which means the images be permanent even in the Microwave and Dishwasher. (Top Rack low heat cycle) Handwashing is recommended.
Because of the Sublimation process, if heat is to high it will cause ink to run or shadow. We are not responsible for this. Please make sure your dishwasher isn't to hot.
