HIGHLY SUSPECT IN CONCERT:
Comprised of twin brothers and their best friend from childhood, Highly Suspect are a tight-knit group that deliver foot-stomping rock music in the vein of Queens Of The Stone Age and early Kings Of Leon. Fans can't get enough of energetic frontman Johnny Stevens' gritty voice and hard-driving guitar chops as the band blasts through crowd favorites like "Mom, "Bath Salts", and "Mr. Asylum" in their funk and ska-influenced progressive rock style. Highly Suspect's nonstop touring schedule in support of two excellent EPs gives ticket buyers plenty of chances to catch these party starters in concert for a fun and hard-driving night of music.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Twin brothers Ryan (drums) and Rich Meyer (bass) formed Highly Suspect in 2009 with guitarist and lead vocalist Johnny Stevens. The trio got their start playing covers at local venues in their coastal Massachusetts hometown and quickly built a loyal and enthusiastic fan base. In 2012 they moved from Cape Cod to Brooklyn and recorded their debut EP The Worst Humans with producer Joel Hamilton (Elvis Costello, The Black Keys, Wu-Tang Clan). After standout sets at South by Southwest and Lollapalooza they released their sophomore EP, 2014's Black Ocean. Later that year they inked a deal with New York-based indie label 300 Entertainment and embarked on their first national tour opening for alt rockers Chevelle. With their self-titled debut album arriving in 2015, Highly Suspect is living up to the buzz and then some.

Highly suspect kills it Everytime!!! My favorite band hands down
Highly Suspect was absolutely incredible! I've seen them a handful of times but something about this show was different. Johnny seemed totally content and felt his music with every fiber of his being. Just when I think they can't get any better.....wow!
Dead Poet Society killed it. Bass player and singer really impressed me. Highly Suspect was so so so so good, JSâ voice was strong and dedicated, RMâs bass playing was jumpy and smooth at times (he gave me a pick), drumming incredible. Solo on Serotonia knocked it out of the ballpark with DPS body surfing and all. Set list was thrown at us by RM and it had all the songs I wanted. I knew all the lyrics. It was all magic and I swear it changed me. Thanks HS and DPS! Just WOW!
I have seen Highly Suspect 4 times in the last 5 years and they are incredibly talented musicians. I appreciate the smaller venues they choose when in S. Florida. They provide the audience everything you could ever want in a concert. I look forward to seeing them again the moment they stop playing. Dead Poet Society has opened twice for Highly Suspect and they are so dynamic and put on a wonderful show. I have become a huge fan of them over the past 2 years. The combination of these two powerhouses created the perfect musical experience.
Bands were great. Revolution is starting to go downhill though. Incredibly dirty, the whole place stinks. Very poorly managed and organized and the design of the club is confusing and frustrating to navigate.
I absolutely love this band and it was my third time seeing them. They did not disappoint! I also love smaller venues as it makes it more intimate. Revolution is a great place for live shows!
I love Highly Suspect and in such a small space it was so intense and intimate!! You could just ride the vibe of superb music. New stuff was absolutely amazing! And Good boy Daisy who I had never heard of was fabulous as well!
I like Highly Suspect even more after seeing them live.
Put on a great performance although booted before encore due to 11pm
