This needs wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and hammer.

It comes with 2  wrenches for the bolts and lug nuts.. I also used a small ratchet set for quicker assembly.

What kind of tools do you need to put this together? (we will have to bring the tools with us)

No, the bench does not have holes to mount it to the floor.

No, but I don&#39;t think the wind will blow it over.

Tools were included in box, didn&#39;t need any other tools!

Does it have holes in the feet to attach it to the surface it sits on? We get very strong wind gust and sometimes teenagers like to play pranks.

The weight capacity of the bench is 300 Pounds.

I have only had my bench for about a month it has rain a couple of times on it and there is no changes at all. It is on my uncovered porch

For the cost, I didn't go wrong.  The bench is so attractive and was so inexpensive, I ordered a second one.  I placed one in the rock garden in the atrium in front of the house and one on the exterior patio in the back of the house.  And, they look elegant in both locations.  Assembly was so easy it only took about 15 minutes or less.  The seating is comfortable.  a cushion, however, is recommended for more added comfort and softness to the buns.  If  you are looking for an attractive, inexpensive bench, this could be it.

I just received it yesterday and put it together today so, so far I love it.  It was not hard to assemble at all (took approximately 15 minutes) and looks great !  Be aware there is a 500 pound weight limit, though !  Side note, if it looks like the back is too small, you need to reverse the legs...see 2nd
