I was sick for a week with fever ,cough, sinus problems etc. Took this for three days and started to feel better right away. I'm not fond of taking medication but these really worked great!

Advil Multi-Symptom Flu and Cold Medicine killa a sinus/allergy headache that nothing else can touch. Every time.

Trusted name brand that works well to provide relief for cold symptoms.  Very good antihistamine to help clear and dry sinuses.  Yes I would recommend.

Works well!

I'm allergic to benedryl so hard to find medicine with antihistamine that I can take. Have taken advil cold and sinus for years but it can be so drying! Found these and love that it helps me clear up without over drying. Also love that will the advil cold and flu products I never feel as drugged as I do with DayQuil or mucinex

Works like a charm

Was on a trip to a conference and caught the flu day before. I tried the usual mucinex types. A friend handed me a box of this Advil cold and flu and it worked great! I actually started feeling well enough to join the classes. This stuff is great!

Worked the best!

This is better than the NyQuil liquid or good together.
But the Advil doesn't give you that medicine head feeling the next morning.
Definitely feel better after a couple of days of use.
Good value.
Will continue to keep on hand and highly recommend.

Better than….

Loved the fact that it covers so many symptoms cold a flu and you only have to take ine pill instead of a few in the day and a few and night.  One pill a few time all day and night not to exceed the daily limit.

Pills work great

At first it didnt seem like it was working but it was BCUZ all symptoms were gone in few hours. It works for everything%26 covers alot of symptoms is what i LIKED %26 why i tried it bcuz i was feeling like crap%26 under weather sore throat, hay fever nose dripping every sec. %26 nasal congestion %26 it stopped it in matter of few hours. it just dont seem like its working instantly but it KICKS IN some kind of way. Reglar Advil hasnt ever worked for me i was skeptical of trying BUT THIS WORKED FOR ME%26 MY FAM surprisingly! so im sold, i WOULD REBUY!

Made me feel drunk and left my heart pounding. Both times!  
Not a comfortable experience. I've tried the sinus version. It actually helped with symptoms and I was able to fall asleep comfortably.

Not for me

This came with two packets.  One was completely empty and the other had all the pills replaced with screws.  Be VERY careful ordering this product.
