Saunders Cervical Traction devices are the best, this is the second one I've owned (1st was stolen yrs ago). Easy to use and built with quality. Shipping was quicker than expected, and received in perfect shape. I would recommend anyone with cervical (neck) issues, who requires traction to purchase this device (with advice of your doctor/therapist of course). The ability to apply traction to your cervical spine as often as is needed, for an endless period of time, makes purchasing this much less expensive than having to go to therapy. The original Saunders Cervical Traction Device I owned was recommended by my Spine Specialist.

Device came with detailed instruction booklet and storage case. Arrived exactly as advertised.

This traction device seems to be well made and operates exactly as it should.  I have found some relief for the pain caused by my neck problems (arthritis, stenosis, etc).  My physical therapist (PT) told me that it would take some time for this treatment to have a beneficial effect.  After a few weeks there is some reduction in my daily pain.  We'll see how it goes from here.  For my particular problem - and perhaps for yours, too - it seems that the best treatment (traction? dry needling? stretches? targeted exercises? etc) seems to be guess-work.  I am happy that this device shows some promise of improvement.
Suggestion: before you use this, I suggest you get advice from a PT or other qualified medical professional regarding how much pressure to apply, for how long, and how often.  Personally, I wouldn't want to be guessing at these things.

A Quality Device

Good produce from a company that has a good track record. Ordered and received the very next day. What a pleasant surprised. I have tried the machine and it works great. It helped that it was ready to use out of the box

This device really works for me.  It is easy to setup.  I saw results after a using it a few times, each time for 15 minutes.  Neck pain is gone and tingling in my arm is decreased.  My physical therapist also said that this device should help me.

I love my Saunders traction machine.  It is well made, easy to operate.

This is a must have for those with neck pain, this was recommended to my wife from a chiropractor. My wife is a dental hygienist and has constant neck pain due to her posture at work. This little device helps to alleviate her neck pain. It's pricey but worth it in the long run.

Great product

Overall, it seems to be a quality device but the pressure gauge doesn't hold the pressure adequately. I was going to return it and purchase another but found if I went to 22 psi instead of 20 it would hold

I expected a better grip and more feeling of the traction. The positioning is very awkward and doesn't feel right. Overall it didn't work for me as I have the impression that my symptoms got slightly worse when using the device but this is probably related to my condition, even though manual traction did work well for me before. I would recommend to try it a few times first before buying which unfortunately for me wasn't an option.
