LikedLocation was excellent. Pleasant peaceful street with nice surroundings. Room better than expected. Had everthing in the room that I needed,

LikedGood location. Staff were friendly and helpful.

DislikedHotel needs full restoration. Bathroom had cracked tiles and a lot of mould in the shower. Carpet disgusting. The basement I looked out on is black with bird poo - a health hazard. Paint scruffy. Windows black with dirt round the edges.Being marathon weekend I couldn't find an alternative hotel or I would have left.

LikedGreat location, close to main train stations and underground junctions. Quiet area. Kind receptionists. Strong wifi.

DislikedDouble bed is very narrow for two adult people. Hated the double douvet, because I don’t like sharing my douvet and we kept pulling it all night. I’d have preferred two single douvets.
