Staff are fantastic & supportive for an individual's requirements (dietary, floor/room requirements, car parking facilities). Being able to use the microwave to heat food is great for those who have food allergies or intolerances. Many thanks & I look forward to my next stay!

The room was ok, although it was on a slant... Much smaller than the pictures but was ok for a couple of nights Bed was comfy and facilities were good I was in the annex, which weirdly was above a really noisy flat / room with kids running back and forth all night? The staff were really good though a d investigated when I mentioned the noise. I would stay again, but not for longer than a weekend. Would be a squeeze with two people
