LikedI liked the location of the hotel it was very close to Victoria Station, which made it easy to travel.

DislikedI don't think there was anything in particular I didn't like, but it was an old hotel. It was clean for me but I could tell some things in the room needed renovation.

LikedLocation is great for Victoria station The heating seemed to be on all the time so the hotel was warm

DislikedAfter booking I got an email to say they were no longer doing breakfast even though the price didn't reduce. Check in times were also changed The only toiletries provided was a bar of soap that looked like it had been used by someone else. The floor of the room was filthy There wasn't a curtain on the window or anything Housekeeping were knocking on my door at half nine even though check out wasn't until half ten
