I have wider feet, so I will sometimes bump up to size 12.5 or 13 in shoes or sandals when I normally wear a 12, if there is no wide (E or greater) option. I ordered size 13 in this and it seemed to fit just right, probably due to it's D width. So my advice for people with wider feet would be to bump up a size. The sandal has great cushion and comfort and looks great as well. I might look at the Born version (Miguel?) that has a strap on the heel as well, as this was a great find! I wear a 12 normally, as mentioned above, but I wear a size 13 in Birkenstock's as a reference.
I'd also recommend:

Only sandals I wear are made by Born and this Flores model had to go back. Uncomfortable, too tight and the leather cut into my big toe. I wish Born would bring back discontinued Weiser model.
