Poor sound

It sounds worse than my phone. Very poor quality. It sounds like the speaker is under water. If I had paid full price, I would have returned them

worthless

I bought these thinking they had good sound, but they are worthless im am very dissatisfied. I tried to return them, but they only give you a 30-day return policy.

Poor Sound Quality

The sound quality is terrible. This was a gift for Christmas. It was delivered on Nov 16 and the deadline to return was December 16 so I'm stuck with it. I'm really surprised because Macy's has always been so good about returns.

Great little speaker!

Some say that the sound ain't loud but if you read the directions it actually gets loud with the addition of your phones volume being loud. Sounds good for it's size and price range

Not louder than my iphone 12

This has a very low tone. The sound is lower than a cell phone at max volume. Unsure what i can used it for. I will be returning it tomorrow.
