The location and the rooms
Constructions all over the place with no heads up at all.. The beach view is bad due to construction The sea can't be swimming in due do constructions The breakfast restaurant is closed wich lead to eating breakfast in the ballroom

There was a lot construction work in the sea on the hotel beach with at once 2 ships (which made a lot of noise as they were moving lots of rubble around) and diggers which was an eye sore and an ear sore. It would have been good if Booking would have told us this before we booked.
Fantastic and kind staff in a luxurious place very well located. 3 great places to eat and a great bar.
Most of the staff are very friendly and hospitable and the location is very picturesque.
The WhatsApp Butler service really lets the staff down, and verging in incompetent at times. We resorted to asking at reception and getting results immediately. Breakfast is less than exciting and the fruit always has flies on it, plus it looks like it's been kept from the day(s) before. Didn't help that the selection did not change either! Luxurious throughout the hotel, with very high spec detailing Rooms were extremely clean and the staff so attentive to all our needs
Vegetarian dinner options are quite limited but the chef was so helpful and offered to curate a dish that was suitable for us
Absolutely gorgeous property! Luxurious and comfortable with attentive, friendly staff.
The food is delicious, and great menus, but very expensive. Activities such as kayaking and paddle boarding in the little private beach are also charged extra which is disappointing.

-very small kids pool -no kids room but activities are organized for the kids during the day
Despite the service being really bad you could tell it was not the fault of the staff who were trying their best but it was clearly the fault of management and the lack of training
- The property is outdated. - we paid about 800 usd a night, you are far from the service or the quality of hotel you should have for that price - the pool is small - beach is a swamp - staff is not well trained, missing orders all the time, missing items on every menu, Front desk (Rishi) doesn't know how to talk to guess shouldn't work in a 5 star hotel.
