The resort has a relaxing feel and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The sunset was glorious, with the location of the hotel providing the perfect place to watch it. I will definitely stay longer next time. I forgot my hairdryer there and received a swift email from the hotel that offered to send it to me.
I could see some dirt against the wall under the bedside table.
big pool for the kids, room is nice, friendly staff too.
landscape in need of prompt care as dried leaves were all around the hallway, corridor is eerie, dirty and needs renovation. shower drains water slow (probably clogged), kids playroom isnt cleaned.
The room we got was very far, the Luak bay..pls consider giving a nearer room for elders
Very convenient for exploring Miri and a great sea food restaurant on Friday and Saturday nights. The pool was very pleasant from 6.00 pm onward.
Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived and it took an hour for it to be prepared. Parts of the resort are looking a bit tired.
The food is good, the views can be great (if you pay for it), the pool is good.
Uncomfortable beds, can't actually walk down to the water, very expensive for mediocre hotel.
Room was clean, good communication from staff, lovely resort. A huge shout out to Junai from the F&B dept who was exceptional, and went above and beyond to support us with redeeming ClubMariott benefits.

Stayed here a few times now but it’s a very ‘tired’ hotel and facilities not maintained very well. Did not enjoy the breakfast, food quality is poor.
