INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Please select a doormat size. The doormat in the listing picture is a 24 x 36 doormat.
2.Please type in the personalization box the last name you would like included on the doormat as well as the year. If the plural last name is not provided, we will print the correct pluralization.

Our outdoor/ welcome mats are professionally printed using UV Cured Ink! Unlike hand- painted mats, UV Cured designs are extremely durable and high quality. Our coir doormats stain, rot, and mildew resistant. As always, made in the USA.

For doormats purchased that are 72" or larger, the doormats are professionally and Electrostatically flocked! Unlike hand- painted mats, flocked designs are extremely fade resistant, and durable. They are also stain, rot, and mildew resistant! As always, made in the USA.
Our outdoor/ welcome mats are professionally flocked! This process creates a luxurious 3d velour embellishment to the mat. Flocked doormats are extremely durable and last longer than store bought or painted doormats.

Due to the custom nature of our doormats, we do not accept exchanges, refunds, or cancellations. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within three days. If the doormat is deemed damaged or incorrect, a replacement doormat will be sent.

For coir doormats, please shake gently and vacuum. Keep out of direct water such as rain, snow, or hail to prolong its life. Place the mats under covered porches, patios, garages, or entrances. We do not replace doormats exposed to water or from wear and tear. If the doormat gets wet, it is imperative to let it dry before use. Stepping on a soaked doormat will deteriorate the design faster.
